The host was super helpful and friendly, offering great advice. the location was spot on, just steps away from the main train station and close to all the important sights. Plus, we loved the comfortable bed - didn't even need the heater despite the chilly mornings.
There were some issues with the water during our stay, resulting in cold showers at first. Although the host was communicative and did his best, the hot water remained a bit unreliable.

that was beautiful hotel set in nice enough area, close enough to a cafe in the neighborhood, and all major attractions. my room with a kitchenette was elegant. everything was wonderful, i recommend.

Everything was wonderful, enjoyed our really amazing stay. Our room was beautiful and brand-new with a kitchenette. Had hairdryers, a bidet, and towels in the bathroom. The hotel was in an excellent location, convenient to Termini for early morning train to airport.
